One or more Gift Cards can be used for one single order. If the value of the order exceeds the value of the Gift Card/s, the customer must pay the difference to complete the order. There is no expiration date or minimum order value for gift vouchers. It is not possible to exchange the gift voucher for cash in the case of loss or damage.If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your gift voucher credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit.It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your gift voucher credit retrospectively. The purchase of the voucher itself cannot be exchanged or refunded.
