• Langkah 1: Klik URL Aktivasi, pastikan Anda telah menginstal aplikasi Grab dan coba untuk login. • Langkah 2: Klik 'Pick Your Gift', lalu lanjutkan dengan menyimpan voucher ke bagian "My Rewards". • Langkah 3: Pilih layanan (service) dan pilih details/breakdown hadiah (gift) yang Anda inginkan (jika ada). • Langkah 4: Jika Voucher sudah ditukarkan (redeemed). Klik 'View My Rewards'. • Langkah 5: Ikuti langkah-langkah pemesanan dan klik ""Offer"" untuk menggunakan voucher Anda. • Step 1: Click on the Activation URL, make sure you have installed the Grab app, and logged in. • Step 2: Click ‘Pick Your Gift’, then proceed with saving the e-voucher to your My Rewards page. • Step 3: Choose a service and pick a gift breakdown you prefer (if applicable). • Step 4: The e-voucher has been redeemed. Click ‘View My Rewards’. • Step 5: Go through the booking steps and click "Offer" to use your e-voucher.

1. GrabGifts ini hanya berlaku di Indonesia. 2. Pilihan layanan Grab dan Denominasi yang telah Anda pilih di awal tidak dapat ditukarkan atau dibatalkan. 3. GrabGifts tidak berlaku untuk potongan Biaya Platform atau Biaya Pesanan Kecil (jika ada). 4. GrabGifts dapat digunakan bersamaan dengan promosi, diskon, atau voucher lainnya kecuali beberapa voucher yang telah ditentukan tidak bisa bersamaan. 5. GrabGifts harus ditukarkan atau digunakan dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan. 6. Tidak ada perpanjangan jangka waktu untuk GrabGifts yang telah Anda tukarkan. 7. Voucher tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, tidak dapat dikembalikan, dan tidak dapat ditukar dengan uang tunai/kredit. 8. Setiap nilai GrabGifts yang tidak digunakan akan hangus. 9.
