Redemption instructions
1. Pastikan anda sudah terdaftar di sebagai member di Garuda Miles terlebih dahulu 2. Klik "REDEEM" dan masukan nomor Garuda Miles anda 3. Anda akan mendapatkan Garuda Miles ke dalam account anda secara real time 4. Kunjungi Website Garuda Indonesia atau download Apllikasi nya di Google Play Store (Android) atau App Store (IOS) 5. Lakukan pemesanan tiket dan pilih "REDEEM MY GARUDA MILES" dan "SEARCH" 6. Selesaikan pemesanan dan nikmati Garuda Miles anda 1. Make sure you are registered as a Garuda Miles member first. 2. Click "REDEEM" and enter your Garuda Miles number. 3. You will receive Garuda Miles into your account in real time. 4. Visit the Garuda Indonesia website or download the app from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). 5. Book your ticket and select "REDEEM MY GARUDA MILES" and "SEARCH". 6. Complete your booking and enjoy your Garuda Miles.
Terms and conditions
1. Keanggotaan GarudaMiles bersifat seumur hidup, selama terdapat aktivitas pada akun. 2. AkunKeanggotaandapatdinonaktifkan apabila member tidak melakukan aktivitas (termasuk earning, redemption, transfer, atau transaksi lain yang diakui) selama 36 bulan berturut-turut. 3. GarudaMiles memiliki empat tingkatan keanggotaan (tier): Blue, Silver, Gold, dan Platinum. 4. Tier status berlaku selama 12 bulan sejak dinaikkan. 5. Masa berlaku miles adalah 3 tahun sejak dikreditkan. 6. Member dapat memperpanjang masa berlaku miles atau mengaktifkan kembali Miles yang sudah kadaluwarsa, klik https://web.garuda-indonesia.com/id/id/garudamiles/ untuk info lebih lanjut. 7. Miles yang diperoleh dari aktivitas penerbangan adalah award miles dan tier miles. 8. Award Miles dapat ditukarkan menjadi Award Ticket, Upgrade Award, atau rewards lainnya sesuai ketentuan GarudaMiles. 9. Tier Miles digunakan untuk menentukan tingkatan keanggotaan GarudaMiles. 10. Member bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kerahasiaan akun dan informasi akses GarudaMiles. 11. Garuda Indonesia tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang timbul akibat penyalahgunaan akun karena kelalaian member. 1. GarudaMiles membership remains valid for a lifetime, provided that activity continues to occur on the member’s account. 2. A membership account may be deactivated if the member does not perform any activity (including earning, redemption, transfer, or other recognized transactions) for 36 consecutive months. 3. GarudaMiles consists of four membership tiers: Blue, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. 4. Tier status is valid for 12 months from the date the status is upgraded. 5. Miles are valid for 3 years from the date they are credited to the member’s account. 6. Miles earned through flight activities consist of award miles and tier miles. 8. Award Miles may be redeemed for Award Tickets, Upgrade Awards, or other rewards offered under the GarudaMiles program. 9. Tier Miles are used solely to determine the member’s GarudaMiles tier status and cannot be redeemed. 10. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their GarudaMiles account and access information. 11. Garuda Indonesia is not responsible for any losses arising from misuse of the account due to member negligence.
