Redemption Instructions

1. Only redeemable La Fontaine Hotels and Resorts in KSA. For booking, please call or whatsapp 8002442442 and for redemption please go directly to our Front Desk and present your gift cards. 2. Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance 3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged 4. If misplaced, La Fontaine Hotels and Resort and MyList cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card 5. Voucher code is only valid in KSA 6. Voucher code to be applied on the order level 7. Code is applicable on discounted products 8. It can be redeemed on discounts at the reception office. 9. Should the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is not operating any more for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed 10. Receipt and use of this gift card constitute acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully 11. Expired e-Gift cards cannot be extended or refunded. 12. Resort bookings require a refundable deposit that will be paid in cash by check-in and refunded by checkout. 1. فقط لدى فنادق ومنتجعات لافونتين القابلة للاسترداد في المملكة العربية السعودية. للحجز، يرجى الاتصال على 8002442442 أو عبر الواتس أب. للاسترداد، يرجى الذهاب مباشرة إلى مكتب الاستقبال وتقديم بطاقات الهدايا الخاصة بك. 2. صالحة لمدة 12 شهراً من تاريخ الإصدار. 3. لا يمكن إعادتها أو ردها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة فقدانها أو سرقتها أو تلفها. 4. في حال فقدان أو سرقة البطاقة، فإن فنادق ومنتجعات لافونتين ومايليست لا يمكنهما حظر/ إلغاء البطاقة، مع إخلاء المسؤولية عن أي معاملة تتم على البطاقة المفقودة/ المسروقة. 5. رمز القسيمة صالح فقط في المملكة العربية السعودية. 6. رمز القسيمة سيتم تطبيقه على قدر العملية المطلوبة. 7. الكود قابل للتطبيق على المنتجات المخفضة. 8. يمكن استبدالها بخصومات لدى مكتب الاستقبال. 9. إذا لم تعد العلامة التجارية أو بائع التجزئة المذكورين في بطاقة الهدايا يعملان لأي سبب أو لم يكن في شراكة مع مايليست أو أي شركة تابعة لها، تحتفظ مايليست بالحق في استبدال البطاقة ببطاقة هدايا مايليست أو بأي بطاقة هدايا أخرى ذات قيمة معادلة. لا يسمح باسترداد النقود أو النقاط. 10. يُعد استلام واستخدام بطاقة الهدايا هذه قبولاً للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنا، وبالتالي نوصيك بقراءتها بعناية 11. لا يمكن تمديد أو استرداد بطاقات الهدايا الإلكترونية منتهية الصلاحية. 12. تطبّق شروط وأحكام فنادق ومنتجعات لافونتين وفقًا لوزارة السياحة السعودية (رابط الشروط والأحكام على موقع الويب الخاص بك) 13. حجوزات درة العروس للعائلات فقط. تتطلب حجوزات المنتجع إيداع مبلغ نقدي قابل للاسترداد، يتم دفعه نقداً عند الوصول واسترداده عند المغادرة.
