Powered by Mylist T&C's: To use your e-Gift Card, simply visit any AL Fakhera within KSA, bring along a printed copy or show this email to the cashier. 1. Only redeemable at any Al Fakhera outlets across KSA 2. Valid for 12 months from date of issuance 3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged 4. If misplaced Al Fakhera and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card 5. MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains MYLIST property 6. Merchant's T&C's apply تم دعمها بشروط وأحكام ماي ليست: لاستخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية الخاصة بك، ما عليك سوى زيارة أي من بطاقات الهدايا داخل المملكة العربية السعودية ، أو إحضار نسخة مطبوعة أو إظهار هذا البريد الإلكتروني للمحاسب. 1. يمكن استبدالها فقط في أي من منافذ بيع الفاخرة في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. 2. صالحة لمدة 12 شهراً من تاريخ الإصدار. 3. لا يمكن إعادتها أو ردها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة فقدانها أو سرقتها أو تلفها. 4. في حال فقدان أو سرقة البطاقة، لا يمكن للفاخرة وماي ليست حظرها/ إلغائها، مع إخلاء المسؤولية عن أي معاملة تتم على البطاقة المفقودة / المسروقة. 5. تحتفظ ماي ليست بالحق في الإلغاء إذا رأينا أن هذا الإجراء ضروري. إذا كان الأمر كذلك، فيجوز لنا تقديم بطاقة هدايا بديلة بقيمة معادلة ما لم نشك في حدوث احتيال فيما يتعلق ببطاقة الهدايا. تظل بطاقة الهدايا ملكية ماي ليست. 6. إذا لم تعد العلامة التجارية أو بائع التجزئة المذكوران في بطاقة الهدايا يعملان لأي سبب أو لم يكن في شراكة مع ماي ليست أو أي شركة تابعة لـ ماي ليست ، تحتفظ ماي ليست بالحق في استبدال البطاقة مقابل بطاقة هدايا ماي ليست أو أي بطاقة هدايا أخرى. بطاقة هدايا بقيمة معادلة. لا يسمح باسترداد النقود أو النقاط. 7. تحتفظ ماي ليست بالحق في تحديث وتغيير الشروط والأحكام الخاصة ببطاقات هدايا ماي ليست في أي وقت. هذا لا يؤثر على حقوقك القانونية. 8. يُعد استلام واستخدام بطاقة الهدايا هذه قبولاً للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنا، وبالتالي نوصيك بقراءتها بعناية 9. تطبّق شروط وأحكام التاجر.
