If misplaced, Five Season Optical, MyList, and Riyad Bank cannot block/cancel the card and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card. 7. Redemption of this gift card is not permissible for consultations/transactions made using your health insurance card. 8. Return, exchange & refund policies are subject to Five Season Optical T&Cs. 9.
