Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Cannot be combined with other promotions. REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS The beneficiary must activate / request the programming on the page https://www.smartexperience.ro/articole/programare-activitatie.html, within the validity period written on the Gift Card. The Gift Card number, the date for which the appointment is requested, the contact details of the beneficiary must be communicated at the time of booking. Appointments are made depending on the availability of our partner and, for outdoor activities, depending on the weather conditions, 10 days before the desired date. The non-appearance of the Beneficiary on the scheduled date may lead to 100% penalties for some of our partners. In case of cancellation of the appointment by the Partner, the activity is rescheduled. Neprezentarea Beneficiarului la data programată poate duce la penalități de 100 %, la unii din partenerii nostri. În cazul anulării programarii de către Partener, activitatea se reprogramează.
