Redemption instructions
1. Log in to www.zalora.my. 2. Select My Store Credit under My Account. 3. Enter your unique Gift Card code and click Add Credit. 4. The Gift Card value will appear in My Wallet and you may start shopping!
Terms and conditions
Valid only at www.zalora.com.my / ZALORA mobile app. Only valid for the specified period stated on the voucher. Not valid with other voucher code and promotions, unless otherwise stated. All Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift card code must be added into My Store Credit only. Products purchased using a Gift Card are non refundable in cash but only in store credit. ZALORA assumes no liability in any case of loss, theft, fraud, or the recipient's public disclosure of the Gift Card code. ZALORA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time without prior notice.
