If you wish to shop online, you can request a conversion of the Gift Card: please contact Gamelife Customer Service, who will guide you through the process to convert the credit into a digital voucher usable on the website. The card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers/gift cards. In case of partial use, the remaining balance will remain available on the card for future purchases. In case of theft or loss, the card cannot be blocked or refunded. Failure to use the card for 24 consecutive months will result in automatic expiration and loss of any remaining credit. The available balance can be checked at any Gamelife or GameStop store.
