To redeem your eGift Card just open it up on your phone and show it to the cashier at the time of purchase at any Pilot Flying J in the US. Please print your eGift Card and present it to the cashier at the time of purchase at any Pilot Flying J in the US. In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions Recipient: To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device display the barcode, gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) to the cashier at the time of purchase. Cashier: Scan the barcode from the mobile device and/or hand key the gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) into the POS.
Pilot Travel Centers LLC’s gift card (“Card”) may be used only for purchase of eligible goods and services at participating owned and operated Pilot travel centers within the United States. The Card is also redeemable at all participating quick service restaurants. Except where required by applicable law, the Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
