Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms. Gift cards have no value until activated. Present your gift card to purchase any food or beverage. Each time you use it, we will deduct the amount you have used from the full value of the card. Treat this gift card as cash. This card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Black Angus Steakhouse is not responsible for cards lost, damaged or stolen, or for unauthorized use of cards. Unauthorized resale of this gift card is prohibited. You cannot redeem this gift card for cash except where required by law. Funds are not transferable. Valid at participating Black Angus Steakhouse and Cattle Company Steakhouse locations. RETURNS: You may not return or cancel your Black Angus Steakhouse Gift Card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a Gift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Support.
