1. บริการเติมเงินช้อปปี้เพย์ วอลเล็ท นำเติมเงินเข้าแอปพลิเคชัน ShopeePay ตามมูลค่าที่ตกลง. 2. รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันช้อปปี้เพย์ (ShopeePay) ต้องได้ทำการแสดงตน (KYC) เสร็จสมบูรณ์ตามที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้เพย์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) กำหนดเท่านั้น. 3. หากทำการแลกแล้วจะไม่สามารถยกเลิก แลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือขอคืนได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น 4. บริษัทฯ อาจจะเปลี่ยนแปลง ส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งหรือทั้งหมด ของกฎการโอนคะแนนสะสมรวมถึงระเบียบ, นโยบาย, สิทธิ, ประโยชน์, เงื่อนไขของการเข้าร่วม หรือระดับคะแนนสะสม (หากมี) ทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนเมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า. 5. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์บริการเติมเงิน ShopeePay Wallet ที่ได้ทำการลงทะเบียนกับแอปพลิเคชัน ShopeePay และ ด้วยหมายเลขโทรศัพท์เดียวกันเท่านั้น. 6. รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถนำไปแลก เปลี่ยน โอน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้ และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่นได้ทุกกรณี. 7. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้แก่ user ที่ทำตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงของกิจกรรมนี้อย่างสมบูรณ์ครบถ้วนภายในวันและเวลาที่กำหนดเท่านั้น. 8. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบ ยกเลิก เพิกถอน หรือเรียกคืนสิทธิประโยชน์ตามกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน รวมทั้งเรียกให้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย (ถ้ามี) หากมีการใช้สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโดยไม่สุจริต ทุจริต หรือฉ้อฉล เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิทธิประโยชน์ตามกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายนี้ หรือมีการกระทำผิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการของ ShopeePay. 9. ในกรณีที่เกิดข้อพิพาทหรือข้อโต้แย้งอื่นใด คำตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด. 10. ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการอื่นๆ สามารถตรวจสอบรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ www.shopeepay.co.th/terms. 11. สอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายนี้ กรุณาติดต่อ ShopeePay Call Center ที่ 02-118-9170. 1.
