Balance inquiry method Access to the Phase Service (https://www.paysgift.co.kr/) → Click inquiry/recharge → Balance management Enter the voucher number The balance cannot be refunded at the place of use. For a refund, please contact Pay's Customer Center (1644-5368). The validity period can be extended, and an extension request can be made up to 5 years from the date of purchase (available through the customer center). Balance refund/refund conditions ① Within the expiration date, 100% of the purchase amount can be canceled/refunded, and after the expiration date, 90% of the purchase amount can be refunded. ② If you use more than 80% of the price of a ticket price of 10,000 won or less, you can apply for a refund if you use more than 60% of a ticket price that exceeds 10,000 won. After use, the balance will be restored to be used again within the validity period of the balance management voucher.
