Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged 5. If misplaced The Platinum Hotel and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card 6. MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card.
