Redemption of Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card is only applicable in the country the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card was purchased. It cannot be redeemed in other countries. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card.

Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are redeemable in the country of purchase and only for merchandise sold at Sephora stores in New Zealand or on our website at https://www.sephora.nz. No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards. 2. Redemption Redemption of Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card is only applicable in the country the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card was purchased. It cannot be redeemed in other countries. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card. 3. View your balance You can view your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card balance when making a purchase. On the checkout page, select Sephora Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details. Your card balance would be shown thereafter. 4. Refunds No refunds are permitted with respect to cards. 5. Lost or stolen Sephora E-Gift Cards Sephora E-Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. Sephora E-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Sephora will not be liable for redeemed Sephora E-Gift Cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your Sephora E-Gift Card number and PIN online.
