It can be used in both physical and online shops. You can only accumulate up to 5 (five) codes per purchase. The gift code can be used until the accumulated balance in the app is used up. Payments can be supplemented with bank cards. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Cannot be replaced in case of loss or theft. Cannot be combined with other promotions. Restrictions described in the terms and conditions apply. The existing balance on your Cashi Gift Card is subject to the following restrictions: (i) It may not be transferred in whole or in part to another Cashi or any other account or means of payment, redeemed for cash or used to acquire other gift cards issued or marketed by Walmex; (ii) Amounts may not be redeemed or converted to cash; (iii) It may not exceed at any time the equivalent of $60,000.00 (sixty thousand pesos M. N.); (iv) The term of the existing balance will be 2 (two) years from the date of your last transaction (reload or purchase), which, in the event that you do not use your balance, will not be valid for more than two (2) years from the date of your last transaction (reload or purchase), which, in the event that you do not use your balance, will be subject to the following restrictions. (iv) The validity of the existing balance will be of 2 (two) years from the day of its last movement (recharge or purchase), which, in case of not making use of its balance within this validity, will be cancelled without the right to any refund; (v) No more than 5 (five) recharges may be made, nor may the same service or services of the same category be paid for more than 5 (five) times in the same day; (vi) You may not purchase goods or services other than those marketed by and/or available directly through Walmex, and; (vii) Any other limitations that Walmex may establish in order to comply with the applicable legislation. In the event that the User requires a refund or cancellation of a purchase made with the Gift Card, after validation of the applicable return requirements according to Walmex policies and, if applicable, delivery of the necessary documentation to validate the User's identity, with the exception of the payment of services, Walmex will refund the balance used through the same means of payment, i.e. gift card.
