Vero Moda gift vouchers are issued by Vero Moda Retail Private Limited (Issuer). The gift voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase/issue. Any amount not utilized by the user/ purchaser of the card upon the expiry on the Card, will be forfeited by the Issuer. The gift voucher can be redeemed at all Vero Moda stores in India. The gift voucher cannot be used for online purchases. Multiple gift vouchers can be used in one bill. Gift vouchers can be used during sales. The holder of the gift voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary. The beneficiary should announce the intent of using the gift voucher before making a purchase. Only valid gift vouchers at the sole discretion of Vero Moda shall be accepted for redemption. Partial redemption is allowed but no refund or credit note would be issued against an unused or partially used gift voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired. Vero Moda affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the;gift voucher and the Voucher getting redeemed on that account. Any dispute should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. The;gift voucher has been issued subject to terms of the company; Vero Moda Store Staff may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the;gift voucher. Vouchers will be accepted across all outlets mentioned, but Vero Moda at its sole discretion may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice; Vero Moda make full efforts to accept;all gift vouchers but on account of technical / administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept vouchers; If a gift voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, the customer can contact customer care for assistance. The gift voucher is not a legal tender and cannot be used for the payment of any bills or other obligations other than the purchase of Vero Moda products. Vero Moda reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The e-Gift Voucher can be used for a single transaction only, any remaining value shall be forfeited post the purchase. The e-Gift Voucher cannot be reloaded with any additional value. The e-Gift Voucher is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The e-Gift Voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase/issue. In case of any dispute regarding e-Gift Voucher, the decision of Vero Moda Retail Private Limited shall be binding. In the event of a return of a product/s paid via e-Gift Voucher, the said amount will be refunded as credit note/voucher that can be used on www.veromoda.in only.
