The redBus wallet limit is INR 10,000 only. If you have an amount in redBus the wallet from multiple sources, the amount uploaded via the gift card will always be prioritised while utilising the wallet amount for payments. In case of multiple gift cards being added to your redBus wallet, the gift cards having the earliest expiration date will be applied to your purchases on the redBus Platform. This gift card amount cannot be clubbed with any other bank offer discount/cashback/promotion, etc. offered on the redBus Platform . In case the gift card amount does not get added to your redBus wallet, , the amount will be automatically refunded to the same gift card within 72 (seventy-two) hours. We reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/withdraw or vary all of these terms and conditions. We are the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, however caused, and arising from, on account of or due to a force majeure event. We may suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time for any reason at our sole discretion. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this Feature are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru only.
