Visit listed outlet. You can locate the outlet on storelocator.ril.com/Retail & Select your choice of product. Share the voucher code with the cashier before billing. You can make the balance payment by any other payment mode. Important Instructions: Gift Vouchers CAN be used to buy discounted products. Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be used in one bill. Gift Vouchers CAN be used at all Listed Outlets on storelocator.ril.com/Retail. Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used online. The Gift Voucher is valid for redemption for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt. The Gift Voucher is redeemable exclusively for the purchase of eligible products at My Jio Stores across India. This Gift Voucher is non-exchangeable for cash and can be redeemed only once. The Gift Voucher is not applicable for the purchase of Gold/Silver Coins. The Gift Voucher must be redeemed in its entirety and cannot be redeemed partially.
The Gift Voucher is provided by Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance). There will be no extension of the validity period or refund of the Gift Voucher value if it remains unused within the validity period. Reliance is not liable for any loss or misuse of the Gift Voucher, and will not provide a replacement or compensation for any lost or misused Gift Vouchers. The total liability of Reliance will not surpass the value of the Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are eligible for purchasing discounted products. Multiple Gift Vouchers are permissible for use in a single transaction. Gift Vouchers are acceptable at all outlets listed on storelocator.ril.com/Retail but are not applicable for online purchases. The holder of the Gift Voucher is considered to have comprehended and agreed to the terms and conditions herein. The individual bearing the code of the Gift Voucher is deemed the beneficiary of this voucher. Redemption of the Gift Voucher by the bearer will be regarded as a valid settlement of liabilities by Reliance. Reliance will not be held accountable under any scenario for any loss, damage, expenses, or third-party liabilities arising either directly or indirectly from the use and redemption of the Gift Voucher by the bearer. Reliance retains the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher at any time without prior notice, and such amendments will be binding on the user/bearer of the Gift Voucher. Any disputes concerning product liability, guarantee, warranty, and quality of the products to be purchased under the redemption of the Gift Voucher should be directed to the respective Manufacturer/Brand Owner, and Reliance will not be accountable for the same.
