Multiple Gift Cards can be used for one single order until a maximum amount of 200,00 EUR is reached. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be used per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be connected to your customer account per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR. Gift Cards apply to all fashion items excluding e.g. beauty products and electronics. If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your Gift Card credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit. It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your Gift Card credit retrospectively. The purchase of the voucher itself cannot be exchanged or refunded. The Zalando Gift Cards are not e-money but an unregulated value credit. This means that neither the statutory protection for e-money applies and there is no right to redeem for cash.
