The Hotel Gift Card can only be used on https://www.thehotelcard.com.au towards the booking of a hotel. This card is valid for 5 years from the date of issue or when no amount remains on the card. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Hotels featured on the site are current at the time of display. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. If you make a booking to redeem your Gift Card you will be advised if the booking is non-refundable or able to be cancelled.
