Once activated, they may be redeemed for purchases online at the KOO site in the country of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash. The funds will be verified on request, at the time of purchase, or by completing a balance enquiry. No change is given, and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in part against future purchases at KOO sites. Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.
