Reservations must be made in advance by contacting eGifts@tfehotels.com and quoting the Gift Voucher reference number. eGifts vouchers are valid at participating hotels and outlets in Australia only. eGifts vouchers are valid for the period stated only. Extensions and refunds are strictly not allowed. Please note that eGifts vouchers are non-transferable to others. Please quote your eGifts voucher number when making the booking. eGifts vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
