Voucher มีอายุการใช้งานตามที่ระบุบนบัตร 1. Download the OOCA application. 2. Select a counselor that matches your needs, either a psychologist or psychiatrist. 3. On the appointment summary page, tap the “Discount Code” button. 4. Enter the code received from the voucher in the “Discount Code” field. 5. Start your consultation with OOCA’s team of professional psychiatrists and psychologists via the application. 6. The voucher is valid for the period stated on the card.

Exchange and Refund Policy: This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed in any form of cash value under any circumstances. 3. Appointment Policy: The coupon must be used on the scheduled date and time only. Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments is not permitted. 4. Expiration Date: The coupon is valid until the expiration date stated on the coupon. If it is not used within the specified period, it will be considered forfeited and cannot be extended or refunded. (Validity period: 6 months) 5. Remaining Value: If the service value is lower than the coupon value, the remaining balance cannot be carried over for future use or exchanged for cash. 6. Additional Charges: If the service cost exceeds the coupon value, the user is responsible for paying the difference. 7. Right to Amend Terms: The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
