How to check sawa balance: To check the balance - dial *166# لاستخدام بطاقتك، ما عليك سوى زيارة أي فرع من فروع إس تي سي في المملكة العربية السعودية، وإظهار البريد الإلكتروني على شاشة جوالك أو نسخة مطبوعة للموظف. 1. يمكن استردادها فقط في فروع إس تي سي المملكة العربية السعودية. 2. صالحة لمدة 12 شهراً من تاريخ الإصدار. 3. لا يمكن إعادتها أو ردها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة الضياع أو السرقة أو التلف. 4. في حال فقدان أو سرقة البطاقة، لا يمكن لـ إس تي سي وماي ليست حظرها/ إلغائها، مع إخلاء المسؤولية عن أي معاملة تتم على البطاقة المفقودة / المسروقة.
