If misplaced Doctor M, MyList and Riyad Bank cannot block / cancel the card and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost / stolen card. 7. Redemption of this gift card is not permissible for consultations / transactions made using your health insurance card. 8. Return, exchange & refund are subject to Doctor M policies. 9. The redemption of the gift card cannot be combined with other available offers/discounts at Doctor M stores. 10.
