Are there fees for paying on Cosmos Hub?
The Cosmos Hub network charges a transaction fee for sending a payment. That fee is set by the network, not by Bidali, and is paid from your wallet in addition to the order total.
What if I send the wrong amount?
If you send more or less than the order total, contact Bidali support with your order details and the team will help you sort it out.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Bidali runs a compliance program that includes identity verification, sanctions screening and fraud monitoring, so some orders may require verification.
