Gift card activation required. The card has no value until activated by a Pep Boys associate. Gift card can be used to pay for merchandise and service at any Pep Boys location. Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise and services only. It cannot be redeemed for cash or used to make payments on any credit card or commercial account, except where required by law. Treat this card like cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. It will be voided if altered or defaced. Pep Boys' gift cards do not have expiration dates and do not expire. Pep Boys does not charge any dormancy, inactivity or service fees in connection with our gift cards. To check your Pep Boy Gift Card balance, please see one of our store associates or call 1-800-PEP-BOYS (737-2697). Agreement to Arbitrate If you have a dispute or disagreement of any kind related to the Pep Boys Gift Card you purchased or received, such dispute or disagreement will be resolved through the Arbitration Process. This means that you and Pep Boys are waiving the right to a jury trial or a trail before a judge in a public court. The only exception to this waiver is that you and Pep Boys retain the right to pursue in small claims court any dispute within that court’s jurisdiction. You further agree that ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, and not as a plaintiff or class representative or member or otherwise on behalf of others in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
