For redeeming the Tata Sky Subscription Card, the user will need to give a missed call on 8291020687 . The user will receive a call back within 2 hours during office hours on working days (10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday–Saturday) for redeeming the card and processing the order. For redeeming the Tata Play HD New Connection e-Gift Card, the customer will need to give a missed call on 8291020687. Customer will receive a call back within 2 hours during office hours on working days (10am to 6pm, Monday - Saturday) for redeeming the card and processing the order.
The Tata Play HD New Connection e-Gift Card is issued and fulfilled by Secura Technologies, Tata Play’s authorised National Partner. Tata Play HD New Connection e-Gift Cards are redeemable only at Secura Technologies Call Centre. Tata Play HD New Connection e-Gift Cards are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Tata Play HD New Connection e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refund in part / full will be provided. Neither Secura nor Tata Play will be responsible for lost cards and no demand for replacement / compensation for the lost cards will be entertained. Once the e-Gift Card is issued / used, request for cancellation will not be entertained. E-Gift Cards are valid for one-time redemption only against the product/ offer specified. The holder of the card is deemed to be the beneficiary. Secura Technologies reserves the right to alter any / all the terms and conditions of this e-Gift Card any time without prior notice. Any dispute shall be referred to Secura Technologies (the Company) and the decision of the Company shall be final.
