Customer have to present the valid Gift Card in its original form (email) at the time of availment (transaction) at Blackberrys exclusive stores . Customer to pay balance amount (If any) using other available payment modes at Blackberrys exclusive stores.
Gift Cards are only redeemable at Blackberrys exclusive stores in India. Gift card is not redeemable at www.blackberrys.com. This Gift card is valid for one year from the date of issue. This Gift card can be redeemed only once and in full, in case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. No refunds / credit note shall be issued for unused part of the Gift card. Valid Gift Card in its original form (email) has to be presented at the time of availment at Blackberrys exclusive stores. Gift Card is issued in Indian Rupees. This Gift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash. Blackberrys reserves the right to amend the terms at its discretion without prior notice. Protect the Gift card number to avoid misuse, Blackberrys shall neither replace the Gift card nor refund the cash. No replacement/compensation is permissible for lost Gift card. Reach out to customersupport@blackberrys.com for any queries. E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours. Disputes if any, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi.
