You can redeem a digital IKEA gift card in all furniture stores in Switzerland and online at www.ikea.com/ch/en/. The Gift voucher can be used multiple times until its value is completely spent. One or more Gift vouchers can be used for one single order. If you lost your Gift voucher or someone else used it without your consent, we cannot block or replace the voucher. Please note vouchers cannot be returned once they have been dispatched. All forms of gift voucher (including e-codes) and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. This includes any instance where a retailer ceases trading, or suspends acceptance of vouchers. This is a digital product and will be delivered via email.
