Multiple Gift Cards can be used for one purchase, without a limit. The Gift Card can only be redeemed in PS Store and only on accounts in the Slovakia region. In the event of theft or loss, the Gift Card will not be reissued. The Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for it's cash equivalent. REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS Sign in to your PlayStation account on the game console. Select PlayStation Store from the top menu. Scroll to the bottom of the bar on the left of the screen and click "Redeem Code". Enter the 12-digit code and press the "Done" button.
