Gift Cards are redeemable on Travello Experiences for all tours, activities, and things to do. You can apply the maximum value available on the gift card. Where the cost of a tour or activity exceeds the available balance of the Gift Card, the excess amount must be paid by another payment method. Gift Cards can only be redeemed in whole during the validity period. Gift Cards may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Treat this card like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded. Please note that you can only redeem one gift card per transaction. If you have multiple gift cards, we recommend creating multiple transactions for redeeming the gift cards.
