Cue Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged. Cue Gift Cards purchased via Prezzee can only be redeemed at Cue standalone stores within New Zealand. Regretfully Cue Gift Cards purchased via Prezzee cannot be redeemed at Ballantynes. Cue Gift Cards will expire 36 months after the date of issue. Any unused balance at the time of expiry cannot be refunded.
