Visit the webstore at www.resonate.store. Select the desired merchandise. Proceed to the checkout page. Choose the gift card as the payment method. Enter the gift card details. Click the redemption button. The system will validate the card and available balance. A prompt will appear for customer confirmation on redemption. Confirm the redemption. Receive a confirmation of redemption, and the total invoice value will be adjusted to reflect the redeemed value. If the total bill value exceeds the redeemed value, opt for another payment method like a credit/debit card or UPI for the balance payment.
This gift card does not serve as a legal tender or an alternative to credit/debit cards. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque. The holder of this gift card is considered the beneficiary. This Gift Card is redeemable exclusively at Resonate E-Commerce Portal www.resonate.store. Redemption of this card at offline retail outlets, multi-brand or departmental stores, or other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc. for Resonate products is not permissible. The card remains valid for 12 months from the activation date. A maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against a single invoice. No replacement or compensation is available for lost, mutilated, or defaced Gift Cards. For any dispute or redemption issues, refer to Resonate customer support (Contact Details), with the company's decision being final. All disputes shall be subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
