Visit the nearest retail outlet . Make your selection of the product and proceed to the billing desk . Share the Gift card code ; pin, received on your mail with the cashier and pay any balance amount by cash or card (if applicable). Gift card is activated once issued. Gift Cards shall be redeemable on the physical Retail Outlets. Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation / issuance.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheque nor any credit can be issues against the gift cards Gift card is allowed for one time redemption only. Partial redemption of the Gift Card is not allowed No replacement or reimbursement will be provided for lost or expired e-Gift cards. Bearer is responsible if the e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
