For redemption, the end user shall provide the 16 digit card number at the time of billing, which shall trigger an OTP to the end user's registered mobile as mentioned above. The OTP needs to be shared with the store cashier for a successful redemption to complete the transaction. 5. The redemption is subject to uninterrupted network connectivity, and notwithstanding the same, CCD shall neither be held liable nor responsible for any consequences if the customer is unable to redeem on account of any technical glitch at the cafe. 6. Once registered, the E-gift card is not transferable to other mobile numbers.

1. End user needs to register the card by sending an SMS to +91 9695566677 with GACT16 digit card number6 Digit PIN. For example, GACT 3837462299874738 123456. 2. For Cafes redemption please inform the Cashier that the order will be paid via gift cards. 3. The gift card is valid on Food and Beverage, Merchandise, but not valid on Combos. 4. For redemption, the end user shall provide the 16 digit card number at the time of billing, which shall trigger an OTP to the end user's registered mobile as mentioned above. Once registered, the E-gift card is not transferable to other mobile numbers. 7. Validity of E-gift card shall be 12 months from the date of purchase. 8. E-Gift Card shall be Valid across PAN India outlets, except Coffee Day Lounge formats, Coffee day Square, Airport cafes, Corporate cafes & Discounted cafes. However presently the card is not redeemable on CCD website or app. 9. The E-gift card is valid on Food and Beverage, but not valid on Combos. 10. Taxes as applicable. 11. A E-gift card can be redeemed multiple times. 12. This E-gift card does not allow any top up. 13. No cash payment will be made by the company for the E-gift card either in part or in full nor exchanged. 14. In case the value of the service exceeds the value of the E-Gift card, the difference must be paid by the customers through other available payment modes. 15. No cancellation and No refund money is allowed on the issued E-gift card. 16. Clubbing multiple cards are not allowed. 17. Any unspent amount available in the E-Gift Card after the card expires shall stand forfeited. 18. The company does not accept any responsibility if the customer loses/misplaces the E-gift card. No duplicate card will be issued either. 19. Management reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the E-gift card in case of any dispute if any. 20.
