Transactions made with this e-voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded. 5. This e-voucher must be presented or submitted at the time of redemption at Nespresso Hong Kong Boutiques*. Photocopies, images or other forms of voucher evidence will not be accepted. 6. For redemption at Nespresso Online Boutique, mobile application and Customer Service Hotline, the unique discount code on this e-voucher must be used and redeemed before payment or order confirmation and the delivery fee will be waived if the net purchase value after applying this e-voucher discount reaches HKD 500. 7. The discount code on each e-voucher can be redeemed once only and will be forfeited after use. 8. This e-voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. 9.
