The voucher cannot be redeemed for employees of OTTO (GmbH & Co KG) and employees of the OTTO Group. The gift voucher is not valid for items from other sellers on www.otto.de and for purchase of OTTO gift vouchers. The Gift voucher can be used multiple times until its value is completely spent. There is no cash-back or change in cash possible. For more information please see the terms and conditions at www.otto.de.Please note vouchers cannot be returned once they have been dispatched. All forms of gift voucher (including e-codes) and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. This includes any instance where a retailer ceases trading, or suspends acceptance of vouchers. This is a digital product and will be delivered via email.
