These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Watch Direct gift cards (“Gift Cards”). By using a Watch Direct Gift Card, you agree to these Terms. Gift Card Use Gift Cards can be used to purchase products on the Watch Direct online store only. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Each Gift Card has a unique code and can only be used once. Redemption To redeem a Gift Card, enter the gift card code during checkout in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field. The value of the Gift Card will be applied to your order total. If the order total exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method. Expiry and Balance Gift Cards are valid for [3 Years] from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card until it is redeemed or expires. Watch Direct is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of a Gift Card. Refunds and Returns If you return items purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued back to the Gift Card. If the purchase was partially paid using a Gift Card, the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Limitations Only one Gift Card may be applied per checkout, unless otherwise stated. Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be resold. Cancellation Watch Direct reserves the right to cancel or refuse any Gift Card that has been obtained fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
