Built with the rich hand crafted pink stone brought especially from Jodhpur, India, gives it the regal look of the Emperor’s era. The refined taste and an eye for designing details are visible in every aspect of the hotel, beginning from its impressive external elevation itself. 1. Only redeemable at The Platinum Hotel OMAN 2. This e-Gift Card can be used in Health Club & F&B Restaurants located in the Hotel. 3. Valid for 12 months from date of issuance 4. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged 5. If misplaced The Platinum Hotel and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card 6. MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains MYLIST property 7. Should the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is not operating any more for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed 8. MYLIST reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of the MYLIST gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. 9. Receipt and use of this gift card constitute acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully 10. Partner terms & conditions apply 1) قابلة للاسترداد فقط في فندق بلاتينيوم عُمان. 2) يمكن استخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية هذه في النادي الصحي ومطاعم المأكولات والمشروبات الموجودة في الفندق. 3) صالحة لمدة 12 شهراً من تاريخ الإصدار. 4) لا يمكن إعادتها أو ردها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة فقدانها أو سرقتها أو تلفها. 5) في حال فقدان أو سرقة البطاقة، لا يمكن لـ فندق بلاتينيوم وماي ليست حظرها/ إلغائها، مع إخلاء المسؤولية عن أي معاملة تتم على البطاقة المفقودة / المسروقة. 6) تحتفظ ماي ليست بالحق في الإلغاء إذا رأينا أن هذا الإجراء ضروري. إذا كان الأمر كذلك، فيجوز لنا تقديم بطاقة هدايا بديلة بقيمة معادلة ما لم نشك في حدوث احتيال فيما يتعلق ببطاقة الهدايا. تظل بطاقة الهدايا ملكية ماي ليست 7) في حالة عدم تشغيل العلامة التجارية أو بائع التجزئة المذكور في بطاقة الهدايا لأي سبب من الأسباب أو لم يكن في شراكة مع ماي ليست أو أي شركة تابعة لـ ماي ليست، تحتفظ ماي ليست بالحق في استبدال البطاقة مقابل بطاقة هدايا ماي ليست أو أي بطاقة أخرى. بطاقة هدايا بقيمة معادلة. لا يسمح باسترداد النقود أو النقاط 8) تحتفظ ماي ليست بالحق في تحديث وتغيير شروط وأحكام بطاقات هدايا ماي ليست في أي وقت. هذا لا يؤثر على حقوقك القانونية. 9) يُعد استلام واستخدام بطاقة الهدايا هذه قبولاً للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنا، وبالتالي نوصيك بقراءتها بعناية. 10) تطبّق شروط وأحكام الشريك.
