Syarat & Ketentuan e-Voucher 1. e-Voucher hanya berlaku untuk pembelian online di id.hm.com. 2. Tidak dapat ditukarkan dengan uang tunai atau bentuk setara uang lainnya. 3. Tidak dapat digunakan untuk membeli e-Voucher baru. 4. Dapat digunakan untuk pembayaran penuh maupun sebagian. 5. Jika nilai pesanan lebih rendah dari nilai e-Voucher, sisa saldo akan hangus. 6. Tidak dapat digabungkan dengan metode pembayaran kartu kredit atau Atome. Hanya transfer bank yang diterima sebagai metode pembayaran tambahan. 7. Pengembalian dana hanya berlaku untuk produk dengan harga normal. 8. Produk diskon, promosi, koleksi spesial, dan koleksi desainer tidak dapat dikembalikan. 9. Tidak berlaku untuk pembelian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. 10. Penerima bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kerahasiaan kode e-Voucher. 12. H&M tidak bertanggung jawab atas e-Voucher yang hilang atau disalahgunakan. e-Voucher Terms & Conditions 1. The e-Voucher is only valid for online purchases at id.hm.com. 2. Cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents. 3. Cannot be used to purchase new e-Vouchers. 5. Can be used for full or partial payment. 6. If the order value is less than the e-Voucher value, the remaining balance will be forfeited. 7. Cannot be combined with credit card or Atome payment methods. Only bank transfer is accepted as a combined payment method. 8. Refunds are only applicable for regular-priced items. 9. Discounted items, promotional items, special collections, and designer collections are non-refundable. 10. Not valid for previous purchases. 11. The recipient is responsible for keeping the e-Voucher code confidential. 12. H&M is not responsible for any lost or misused e-Vouchers.
