Redemption Instructions
1. Visit any of the MUJI stores in Singapore. Available locations here: https://www.muji.com/storelocator/?c=sg 2. Once you have completed your shopping, please proceed to the cashier counter. 3. Present your eVoucher(s) to the cashier for payment (please take note that MUJI eVoucher is valid for one-time use and any unutilized amount will be forfeited). 4. Once the amount is deducted from the eVoucher(s), redemption is completed.
1) MUJI eVoucher is valid for one-time use, there is no reload and any unutilized amount will be forfeited. 2) Redemption of MUJI eVoucher is only applicable in Singapore and can only be used on the purchase of products and services provided by MUJI Singapore Retail Stores and Café&Meal MUJI. It cannot be used for online purchases. 3) Please find the expiry date stated on the eVoucher. Extension of the validity period is not allowed. 4) If a purchase exceeds the balance in the MUJI eVoucher(s), the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method accepted in Muji stores. 5) The MUJI eVoucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, vouchers, or coupons 6) MUJI Singapore reserves the right to correct the balance of your MUJI eVoucher if we believe that a clerical, billing, or accounting error has occurred. 7) MUJI Singapore is not responsible for any lost or stolen MUJI eVoucher(s), and the eVoucher(s) will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
