This Gift Card may be applied to eligible purchases at participating Hyatt hotels in India (for a list of participating hotels please refer below. Gift Card may not be used outside of India. Eligible purchases do not include casino purchases, advanced purchases, deposits, friends and family rates, payments for meetings, catering or group functions, negotiated rates (including volume, group, contracted, or other rates that have been previously negotiated and agreed in writing whether paid on a group or individual basis), and goods/services purchased through or provided by third parties, such as online or off-line travel agents. All other purchases made at participating Hyatt hotels in India are eligible. Use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of terms. Certain purchases (e.g., hotel stays) may have a minimum age requirement. Subject to these terms, the Gift Card can be redeemed at hotel-operated restaurants, spa, salon or other services provided directly by participating hotel. Partial redemption of a Gift Card shall not be possible. The Gift Card balance is only valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance/activation. Gift Card may not be reloaded. Gift Card carries no value until activated. This Gift Card shall be deemed active upon loading of a minimum amount of Rs. 1000. The maximum denomination per card is limited to Rs 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand). No fees or charges apply to purchase or redemption of Gift Cards. Valid Gift Card in its original form has to be presented at the time of availment. Gift Card is issued in Indian Rupees. Gift Card is not returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash, and may not be resold or transferred for value, except to the extent required by law. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be cancelled or replaced without card number and proof of purchase. Gift Cards transferred fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms, are subject to cancellation. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions. Gift Card and these terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bangalore.
