Cleartrip Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("Pine Labs"), authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") Purchasing the e-Gift Card(s) implies agreement and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Your use reflects your understanding and agreement to these terms.Redeem Gift Cards online for Hotel bookings on www.cleartrip.com or Cleartrip Mobile App ("Platform") only. Note: Booking hotels with Gift Cards is only possible on desktop/laptop.Purchase Gift Cards on the Platform using Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking only. Once purchased, they cannot be cancelled unless explicitly allowed by Cleartrip.Gift Cards cannot be combined with any other offers like cashbacks, discounts on a particular credit/debit card.Unused balances on Gift Cards can be used within the validity period, which is 12 months from issuance. Cardholders can request revalidation of expired cards, subject to verification and additional terms.Maximum value of each Gift Card is Rs.10,000/. Cleartrip isn't liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized used Gift Cards. They cannot be replaced, refunded, re-issued nor can the PIN be reset.If order value exceeds or is lesser than the Gift Card amount, the difference must be paid by the customer or will remain on the Gift Card respectively.A Convenience Fee applies to all Gift Card bookings. In transaction failures post Gift Card application, the amount is refunded to the same card as per Cleartrip platform terms.Cleartrip can deny accepting any Gift Card if fraud or duplicity is suspected. All offerings are subject to availability and platform terms.Liability for claims arising from Gift Card purchase/use doesn't exceed the Gift Card value. Maintain confidentiality of the Gift Card pin or unique number. Misuse or unauthorized disclosure results in booking cancellation without liability on Cleartrip.Gift Cards are for individual use. Travel agents using them may face booking cancellation without refund. Combine up to 15 Gift Cards for a single hotel booking.Offers on Gift Cards can be withdrawn anytime at Cleartrip/ Pine Labs discretion. They adhere to RBI and other statutory guidelines. Cleartrip may request ID proof and other documents as per law, failing which may result in suspension/termination of the Gift Cards with no claims for balance forfeiture.Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd./Cleartrip can cancel the Gift Card if found to be fraudulently purchased or if KYC details are incorrect/insufficient, refunding the amount to the source.Stay updated on revised terms at the time of accessing or using Gift Cards. Gift Cards are pre-paid instruments subject to RBI regulations. Cleartrip or Pine Labs may share KYC details of the purchaser or redeemer with the RBI or statutory authorities.All disputes regarding Gift Cards are subject to jurisdiction in Bangalore.
