giftcards.bidali.com currently accepts Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Litecoin with plans to support many more in the future. All prices are listed in Canadian and US dollars.
Most orders are processed within a few minutes of receiving payment and sufficient transaction confirmations for the currency you are paying with. There can be delays due to congestion on the blockchain or sending too low a mining fee. Both are out of our control so we cannot guarantee delivery times.
All purchases are quoted and locked into a CAD/USD -> cryptocurrency rate (ie. ETH, BTC, or other cryptocurrency we support) at time of checkout for 30 minutes before expiring. This ensures that you (the Customer) are getting a fair rate and know exactly how much ETH your order will cost.
Payments from “Exchanges” and other Custodial Wallets:
To avoid complications please do NOT send from an exchange wallet. Exchanges typically charge a withdrawal fee and deduct it from the amount you are withdrawing. If you do send from an Exchange or custodial wallet you will be responsible for accounting for the exchange's withdrawal fee.
For example if you send us 1 BTC and the exchange's withdrawal fee is 0.00001 BTC then you will only have sent us 0.99999 BTC and we won't be able to complete your purchase until you pay the full amount.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time if your payment is made from a wallet which is considered Custodial. Custodial wallets are wallets in which the user is not in control of their own funds; the user does not hold the private keys.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time if the payment which is sent for the order is less than the amount required, as indicated on the payment page.
If your order is underpaid, you will be asked to provide additional funds to fulfill any balance owing. If you are unable to provide these funds, you will be issued a refund to the address of your choice (in the currency the underpayment was issued in), minus any network confirmation fees required to complete the refunding transaction within a reasonable time period.
Order Limits & 24 hour limits
At giftcards.bidali.com we restrict individual orders to $9,500 and also impose a $9,500 limit per 24 hours on the combined value of subsequent orders per customer in accordance with current FINCEN and FINTRAC Anti Money Laundering (AML) legislation.
Incorrect User Information & Ordering Procedure
You (the Customer) are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. You are responsible for sending the correct currency and amount, using a high enough network confirmation fee for the payment to be processed in a reasonable timeframe, and for sending payment to the correct address. If your information is incorrect (Customer Error) we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time.
If you are not comfortable with these terms then please do not use the service giftcards.bidali.com.
