This card can only be used at https://tren.girloyalty.com. To redeem it, users must enter the code on the platform before completing their purchase. It can be used fully or partially until the balance is exhausted. Bookings made through this platform are exclusively managed by GIR Loyalty. For changes or assistance, users must contact tren@girloyalty.com. Modifications are not allowed at Renfe stations or on its official website. The Tarjeta Tren is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law. “The Gift Card is not compatible with other offers/promotions, cards, passes, discounts, or Renfe promotional codes.”
