Echoes can be used to buy almost anything available in the Illusion Hall in Identity V, including characters, costumes, packages, accessories, Essences (If a player doesn't have enough Inspirations) and so on. Certain things, such as limited-time packages, or large custom lobbies, can only be purchased with echoes.

How to find Identity V Idv User ID? Use your account to log in to the game, and enter the In-game “Setting". You may find your User ID in the “Games” section.
