1. This is a Manyavar & Mohey Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and can be redeemed at the listed stores. 2. When redeeming offline, the beneficiary should announce the intent to use the GV/e-Pay before making a purchase. 3. The person with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary. 4. The Manyavar & Mohey GV/e-Pay will not apply to Custom Tailoring bills. 5. The GV/e-Pay is applicable for select brands/categories and there may be merchandise in the store for which the GV/e-Pay may not be applicable, hence please contact the customer desk for clarification. 6. The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires. 7. This is a one-time-use GV/GC. 8. The GV can be converted into e-Pay and then used partially at the holder's convenience. 9. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance. 10. GV/e-Pay bearers can check their unused card balance and validity on the Manyavar & Mohey stores. 11. GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash. 12. The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with other Promo codes or bank offers. 13. Manyavar & Mohey is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay. 14. Vedant Fashions Limited (Manyavar) reserves its right to modify/amend the T&Cs of the GV/e-Pay at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be binding on the users/bearer of the GV/e-Pay. 15. Any dispute should be referred to the company and the decision of the company shall be final. 16. Manyavar & Mohey make full efforts to accept GV/e-Pay but on account of any technical/administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same. 17.
