This is a Kalyan Jewellery Instant Gift Voucher / Card (GV) and would be accepted at listed outlet. The person who has the Kalyan Jewellers GV Code is deemed to be the beneficiary. WhatsApp forwards or screenshots will not be considered as a GV. Valid Gift Card in its original form (Email/SMS) has to be presented at the time of availing a product/service. In case of a voucher transfer, details including voucher beneficiary name, sender's name, voucher's validity, and email confirmation from sender are essential to redeem the voucher. For the denomination of INR 500 and INR 1000 a maximum of 20 GV / GC can be used in one bill. Do inform the cashier that you plan using the GV for making payments before billing. Beneficiary of the voucher to produce a valid Government ID proof at the time of payment. In case of a gifted voucher, the customer at the outlet to produce an authorised email from the original beneficiary at the time of billing.,alongside the original beneficiary's Photo ID. As per the RBI guidelines, customer government ID proof (PAN CARD) is mandatory for orders above 2 Lakhs. Only the listed Kalyan Jewellers outlets at its sole discretion accept the GV. Kalyan Jewellers may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice. More than one GV can be used in one bill. This is a ONE time use GV. No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV will be given. Kalyan Jewellers Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card CANNOT be revalidated once expired. Kalyan Jewellers Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can be used during sale. Any dispute related to the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. Kalyan Jewellers makes full efforts to accept Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card, but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same. Kalyan Jewellers Gold Coin Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can only be used to purchase Gold Coins. If an Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card get blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
